prof. dr. Maarten J Postma

has an MSc in econometrics and holds a PhD in health economics (Maastricht). Currently he holds the chair of pharmacoeconomics at the University of Groningen (department of Pharmacy), comprising of a team of 25 staff, postdocs and candidate PhDs. He chairs the Unit of PharmacoEpidemiology & PharmacoEconomics (PE2) at the department of Pharmacy (close to 50 affiliated staff, postdocs and candidate PhDs), is member of the board of the department of Pharmacy and is director of the Research Institute SHARE, shared between UMCG and Pharmacy.
